Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, electroniclife will replace the item at no additional cost. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models are subject to availability and may be processed as a new order.
